Frank Burke qualified as a Solicitor in 1976, following many years working within the Insurance industry itself. After qualifying he worked as a Senior Litigation Partner for one of the most prestigious law firms in Ireland and then branched out and established his own firm in 1985.
As the Senior Partner of the firm, Frank advises Clients on a broad range of law related issues including Insurance Litigation and Arbitration, Plaintiff Litigation, Medical Negligence, Defamation, Road Traffic Accidents including catastrophic injury claims, Employment Law, Sports Law and Product Liability.
Frank is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and has formerly lectured students in Insurance Law in the Law Society of Ireland in Blackhall Place. An avid sports fan Frank has advised Clients including the Irish Hockey Assocation and the FAI in relation to sports related legal issues.
